Displays

For all the Ethernet implementations, there is support for the 0.96 inch OLED Display 128X64 I2C SSD1306 and 2-digits 7-segment based on the MCP23017.

Please note that the 2-digits 7-segment display is a common-anode type. And the MCP23017 pin 15 (A0) must be connected to VDD.
